The MARTOR SECUNORM 380 is a long-bladed safety knife designed for cutting thick and demanding materials where a standard safety cutter may not provide enough blade extension. It features an extended 73mm cutting depth and combines this long blade reach with automatic blade retraction for increased cutting safety.

The SECUNORM 380 is supplied with 1 x STYROPOR BLADE NO. 79. This steel blade measures 109.4mm long, 17.9mm wide and 0.50mm thick, providing the extended blade length required for deep-cutting applications. The blade is particularly suited to foam, polystyrene, bagged goods, up to 4-ply cardboard, paper and foil layers, wrapping/stretch/shrink film and other demanding packaging materials.

The knife features a glass-fibre reinforced plastic body, ergonomic curved handle, soft-grip area and ribbed slider. It is suitable for both right- and left-handed users, with a lanyard hole for securing the knife. The blade can be changed without tools, with magnets helping to hold the blade securely during replacement.

The SECUNORM 380 also includes a safety lock to help prevent unintended blade activation. When cutting, releasing the slider allows the blade to automatically retract into the handle immediately after leaving the material being cut.
