The MARTOR SECUPRO MERAK #124001 is a lightweight, ergonomic safety knife designed for everyday cutting tasks in production, logistics and packaging environments. Its squeeze-grip lever requires minimal force to operate, making it suitable for frequent cutting tasks and for both right- and left-handed users.

The SECUPRO MERAK has a 9mm maximum cutting depth and is supplied with 1 x MARTOR INDUSTRIAL BLADE NO. 92. This blade has 4 usable cutting edges, allowing it to be rotated to maintain consistent cutting performance and extend blade life.

For enhanced user protection, the SECUPRO MERAK features fully automatic blade retraction. The blade retracts into the handle immediately after leaving the cutting material, even when the squeeze lever is still being pressed. A lockable safety mechanism also helps prevent unintended blade activation.

The knife is constructed from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, providing a lightweight yet abrasion-resistant design. It also features tool-free blade replacement with an integrated magnet, a lanyard hole and compatibility with ceramic blades.

The SECUPRO MERAK is suitable for up to 2-ply cardboard, plastic strapping band, tape, layers of foil or paper, wrapping/stretch/shrink foil, yarn, cord, bagged goods and textiles.
