This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, details, and photos. If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping. -
Change of Mind / Not as Expected
Refunds are not offered for change of mind unless required by law. At our discretion, we may provide a store credit or exchange if the item is unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Credits/refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. -
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, custom or personalised products, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. -
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@werko.com.au with your order number, details, and photos. Returns must be approved before sending items back. -
Authority to Leave Deliveries
If you select “Signature not required,” you authorise the courier to leave the parcel unattended. Once marked delivered, the order is considered fulfilled, and we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
